This was initially a very confusing exercise, trying to work out the different actions within Maya, especially when trying to apply the same routine to when Fred picks up the box, however I got there in the end! The motions in the beginning are a little bit too fast paced and could do with slowing down, but the picking up of the box was a lot smoother and slower as if he was struggling with the weight of the box. The stoop of the head portrays the elderly aspects of the puppet, illustrating the character, as well as the shoulders. I should try applying the constraints to outside projects to make sure the lessons have sunk in.
